hiHIhihihi ty for signing my ata book. i listened to the last time by danny elfman and it's so amazing. i'd love to learn more about him. if you'd like, what are your fave songs by him (including oingo boingo) some fun facts maybe
OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU /P, ID LOVE TO
I'm so glad you enjoyed the song, i fear you're the first one im crine. Its my fav song from him atm, other than his score for Epic. I love all his scores idk wth im talking about but epic is just stupidly peak LMAO, anywho OINGO BOINGO MY BELOVED, i love oingo boingo, i breathe oingo boingo, i currently have every cd from them except nothing to fear, boingo alive and good for your soul, because they're stupidly expensive online :,) BUT THATS OKAY, my fav song from oingo boingo rn is Change, but i have alot, gulp. Helpless is amazing too oml, it's KINDA like mr kite(?) Their entire last album (Boingo, stupid name) was inspired by the beatles album Revolver, and just in general. i could go on and on, and i WILL be. I am the walrus (their best cover stg.) Spider, Winning Side, EVERYTHING from dark at the end of the tunnel, Little guns, theres so much i cant name it all or this will be SO much longer than it needs to be, which it already is, anywho im rambling. fun facts i can't, for the halloween concert in like 1993, three members including danny, wore pink skirts for half of the concert and its beautiful. Oingo boingo originally came from the 1930's themed theater group, the mystic knight of the oingo boingo, which was founded by danny's older brother after he came back from france and wanted to start his own group after being in one over there, eventually in 1978 Danny became the leader of it after richard went to go and make his movie Forbidden Zone (which danny and the knights are actually ALL in) they slowly became an actual band with a few of the og members, the rest left. Uh uh uh uh idk their orignal bassist Kerry Hatch broke his foot on their hotel door and still played at the concert later that night in an ice bucket, im crine. IDRK FUN FACTS? When danny was called to do the theme for the Simpsons, the guy who made it was also the guy who left a nasty review on a mystic knights years before. The knights were once on the Gong show! Also danny breathed fire in some of the performances. The first film Danny ever scored was Pee-Wee's big adventure, Tim burton and paul ruebens chose him because tim was an oingo boingo fan, and paul had seen/heard of the mystic knights before. Danny also voices jack skellington (singing va) in nightmare before christmas, but i feel like that ones def the most known. this is already so long, i could keep going, but ill save your sanity TYSM FOR SIGNING! and the song recs, i cant ever get myself to like to beatles i fear, but i really enjoyed Being for the benefit of mr. kite, and will be adding it to my playlist👀👀 I'd love to be friends on pt, but only if you'd like to!
